Timepix Calibration Plugin is an extension module for the current data acquisition and control software Pixelman. It was developed in order to allow calibrating of Timepix detector with 2 different calibration methods. First method is calibration that is using 2 radiation source (Am and Fe), the second calibration uses detector internal test pulses capability. The software automatically acquires data for source calibration or performs the test pulse curves measurements. Output of the software are calibration matrixes with parameters a, b, c and t or several matrixes containing measured points of calibrated test pulse curves, when the calibration with polygon line is used.
