USB Lite interface is miniaturized version of the normal USB1.0 interface. Both Medipix2 chip and USB readout interface is accomodated on single printed circuit board allowing to decrease dimensions of the system to the very minimum of 15 mm x 60 mm. It is targetted for the applications where the low power consumption and portability is crucial and limited readout speed is not so important issue.
The architecture of the USB Lite is very similar to the USB1.0 interface allowing to use the same firmware. Check the download section for the latest version.
